We want you to know exactly how our service works and why we need your details. Please state that you have read and agreed to these terms before you continue.

How we will use your data

Aberaeron Town Angling Club (also referred to herein as ATAC or 'the Club') manages all of its membership transactions via the Clubmate online purchasing system. The data base is owned and maintained by Clubmate with access provided to 3 officials of ATAC for administration purposes. ATAC does not store your data separately to that storage on the Clubmate system under 'your profile'. Your information is only visible to Clubmate employees and the 3 officials of the Club and is not shared with third parties - note that your stored bank card details are only visible to Clubmate. Your data is retained by the Club on the Clubmate data base whilst you are a member and for one year after your membership lapses - annual membership runs from January to December each year with all memberships cancelled at the end of December each year. If you do not rejoin the Club in the year following your membership cancellation, your stored profile will be deleted from Clubmate so as not to retain your personal data unnecessarily. Should this occur you will need to complete a new member registration process from scratch again to rejoin. ATAC is committed to securing your personal data and will only use it for the purposes of running the normal activities of the Club. By providing your details to the Club, within your profile on the Clubmate system, you authorise the Club to use your contact details such as address, telephone number and email for the purposes of communication with you related to the normal activities of the Club. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that your address, telephone and email contact details are maintained and are up to date on the Clubmate system.
